Youth Parliament is conducted annually in Kendriya Vidyalayas at three levels – Regional, Zonal, and National. This initiative aims to familiarize students with the functioning of the parliamentary system in India. It provides a significant platform for young individuals to actively participate in parliamentary-style debates, discussions, and decision-making processes.
Regional Level 34th Youth Parliament Competition for the academic session 2023-24 was held at KV AFS No.01 Pune, and six Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) participated, including:
- KV IIT Powai
- KV OF Bhandara
- KV Aurangabad Shift-1
- KV CME, Pune
- KV No.01 Vasco-Da-Gama
- KV ISP Nashik
Team KV IIT Powai represented KVS Mumbai Region at the 34th Zonal Level Youth Parliament Competition 2023-24.
